Finishing this podcast was a relief! I'm a little surprised with how mine ended up - I thought it would be much worse...unless it is bad, then oh well! I thought it would have been disastrous given the path that lead up to it.
If I could go back and redo it - with more time, I would draw an actual outline in the very beginning, brainstorming my ideas on a piece of paper. With those rough ideas, I can find my key words that can focus my overall question. Then, I could write how I'd want my podcast to go and find the answers through my research.
One piece of advice: it's not as bad or scary as it seems. Just know what you want to talk about and focus! If you really like what you're talking about, you're just recording yourself thinking out loud and then reaching a conclusion. Think about the questions you always wondered to yourself and find the answer! You don't have to talk about boring, general stuff everyone's already talked about.
